Wear comfortable sportswear and closed-toe shoes! Skip dresses, skirts, and open footwear. A change of clothes is a good idea, as it is gonna be a workout! Bring water, light snacks, and your booking confirmation.
Yes, online booking is strongly recommended so you can lock in your preferred date and time slot. Weekends and school holidays fill up fast. Walk-ins are accepted only if there is availability on the day, so booking ahead is the safest bet.
Safety is our TOP priority. Every participant must go through a full safety briefing before participation. Our course and equipment are inspected daily and we are BCA regulated. Our instructors are ACCT certified and MOE registered professionals who will be able to support you from the first clip-in to the final step.
Light rain is no problem. Our equipment is designed for outdoor conditions and the course continues as normal. For thunderstorms or severe weather, our team will pause activity and advise on rescheduling. Call us at +65 6206 9744 if you have weather questions on the day of your booking.
